Professionals eligible for WCR membership are:
REALTORS® or ASSOCIATES® in the US, its insular possessions and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
Professionals in an affiliated field, such as mortgage or appraisal who hold affiliate membership in a REALTOR® organization in the US, its insular possessions and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
Executive officers of REALTOR® organizations in the US, its insular possessions and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

Chapters
In Maryland, we currently have seven (7) local chapters that provide members with quality meeting programs many of the programs have continuing education credits. Each of the members in these chapters are high caliber professionals with diversed backgrounds. Some are former educators, executives, travel agents, attorneys and accountants. They are all committed to the Business of Real Estate.
